The developer, will run the services & maintenance of the project. The fee will be collected in advance for a 6-month period each.
The services provided include swimming pool maintenance, once-a-week basic cleaning, gardening, garbage collection, communal lightings and 24-hour security.
Guaranteed Rental Return
The Resort is now able to offer its House Owners to join a Guaranteed Rental Return Program. The program will guarantee a yearly rental return of 6-8% depending on the occupancy rate. The program still allows the House Owner 28 nights usage per year, and is valid for 3 years, but can be cancelled at any time by the House Owner. The Guaranteed Rental Return together with gaining capital appreciation as owner of the property, makes investing in one of the safest investments in Koh Samui.
